Are there new employees since ownership has changed?

While you may see some new friendly faces at Scott’s since January 2025, all of our legacy employees came on board with the change in ownership! Special shout out to Jim, Dan, Robin, Jen, Vicki, Josh, and Mark for being the best <3

Can you special order cameras or equipment?

If we have access to the vendor then odds are we can special order it for you. If there’s any accessories or cameras that you are looking for that aren’t currently in stock, please let us know at the store or send us an email at sales@rocphotosupply.com to place a special order. 

Do you still have kiosks?

While we do have instant print kiosks, they are getting older and harder to use. The instant prints are not the same quality as our lab high quality prints. We recommend placing an order via our online printing system – linked here.

Do you buy used equipment?

Yes, we offer trade in value or cash offers depending on the condition of your equipment. We do not give offers over the phone, and must see equipment in person in order to give you a quote.

Where is Gracie?

If you’ve been in the store since January 2025, you may have noticed a small fur baby (chihuahua) hanging around. Gracie is Tatiana and Adam’s dog and is Scott’s new mascot. Odds are she’s around the store sporadically throughout the week. If you need more Gracie sightings, you can visit her Instagram @thecraziegrazie
